Os 06 (seis) coordenadores: de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o, de p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o e pesquisa, de extens\u00e3o e cultura, de planejamento, administrativo-financeiro e de apoio acad\u00eamico;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>IV<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. os coordenadores dos cursos de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o e 01 (um) representante dos coordenadores de p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o de cursos lato sensu e 01 (um) representante dos coordenadores de p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o de programas stricto sensu;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>V<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. 01 (um) representante docente de cada classe do Magist\u00e9rio Superior, com mandato de 02 (dois) anos, (\u2026) eleito por seus pares;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>VI<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. representa\u00e7\u00e3o estudantil, sendo 75% (setenta e cinco por cento) de gradua\u00e7\u00e3o, indicados pelo Diret\u00f3rio Acad\u00eamico da Unidade e 25% (vinte e cinco por cento) de representantes estudantis de p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o, eleitos por seus pares, ambos com mandato de 01 (um) ano;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>VII<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. representante dos servidores t\u00e9cnico-administrativos, escolhido entre seus pares, com mandato de dois anos.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a7 1\u00ba. Os conselheiros mencionados nos incisos I a III s\u00e3o membros natos.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a7 2\u00ba. Na composi\u00e7\u00e3o dos Conselhos de Gest\u00e3o Acad\u00eamica e Administrativa-CGA ser\u00e1 respeitado um percentual de 70% (setenta por cento) para professores e um percentual de 15% (quinze por cento) tanto para a representa\u00e7\u00e3o estudantil como para os servidores t\u00e9cnico-administrativos.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a7 3\u00ba. A regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o e as atribui\u00e7\u00f5es do Conselho de Gest\u00e3o Acad\u00eamica e Administrativa-CGA ser\u00e3o definidas no Regimento Geral da Universidade e no da pr\u00f3pria Unidade de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a7 4\u00b0. Ser\u00e3o abertos todos os votos proferidos pelos membros do Conselho de Gest\u00e3o Acad\u00eamica e Administrativa-CGA.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Art. 49.&nbsp;<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S\u00e3o atribui\u00e7\u00f5es do Conselho de Gest\u00e3o Acad\u00eamica e Administrativa-CGA:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>I<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Elaborar e aprovar o Regimento da Unidade de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e submet\u00ea-lo \u00e0 aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do CONSUN;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>II<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Organizar e supervisionar as elei\u00e7\u00f5es de Diretor, de Vice-Diretor e de representantes para este colegiado, as quais se realizar\u00e3o na forma deste Estatuto e das normas definidas e homologadas pelo CONSUN;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>III<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Deliberar sobre mat\u00e9rias pedag\u00f3gicas, cient\u00edficas, de extens\u00e3o e administrativas da Unidade de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, que promovam a educa\u00e7\u00e3o superior, submetendo-as aos colegiados superiores, quando for o caso;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>IV<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Pronunciar-se sobre o processo de forma\u00e7\u00e3o cidad\u00e3 e profissional dos alunos, individualmente ou em grupo, e sobre o desempenho e a regularidade de sua vida acad\u00eamica, adotando medidas educativas e disciplinares, sempre que necess\u00e1rias;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>V<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Propor ao CONSUN, respeitando-se a normativa espec\u00edfica, a concess\u00e3o de t\u00edtulos de Doutor Honoris Causa, Professor Honoris Causa e de Professor Em\u00e9rito, mediante voto de 2\/3 (dois ter\u00e7os) de seus membros presentes;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>VI<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Exercer, em grau de recurso, a inst\u00e2ncia m\u00e1xima na Unidade de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o em mat\u00e9rias acad\u00eamica, administrativa e disciplinar;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>VII<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Aprovar Planos e Relat\u00f3rios de Trabalho dos docentes e das Coordenadorias antes de cada per\u00edodo letivo;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>VIII<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Aprovar as propostas das Coordenadorias Acad\u00eamicas para a \u00e1rea de ensino, pesquisa, extens\u00e3o e cultura;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>IX<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Propor ao CEPE, ouvidas as Coordenadorias de Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o e de P\u00f3s-Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o e Pesquisa, o n\u00famero de vagas por curso;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>X<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Aprovar o Manual do Aluno e o Calend\u00e1rio Acad\u00eamico espec\u00edficos da Unidade de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, em conson\u00e2ncia com os gerais da Universidade;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>XI<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. aprovar o planejamento dos cursos, as disciplinas a serem ofertadas extraordinariamente e as vagas por componente curricular para fins de matr\u00edcula, considerando as avalia\u00e7\u00f5es peri\u00f3dicas da institui\u00e7\u00e3o e de cada curso, de modo a assegurar qualidade ao respectivo Projeto Pedag\u00f3gico de Cursos de Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o e de P\u00f3s-Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>XII<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Propor ao CEPE a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de novos cursos, a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o de Projeto(s) Pedag\u00f3gico(s) de Curso ou de sua altera\u00e7\u00e3o, conforme documento aprovado pelas Coordenadorias de Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o, de P\u00f3s-Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o e Pesquisa e de Extens\u00e3o e Cultura;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>XIII<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Julgar os recursos interpostos das decis\u00f5es do Diretor da Unidade ou das Coordenadorias;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">XIV. Pronunciar-se sobre atos de movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o acad\u00eamica de professores tanto no interior das Coordenadorias Acad\u00eamicas, das Coordenadorias de Curso e da Unidade, quanto no \u00e2mbito externo institucional;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>XV<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Pronunciar-se sobre processos disciplinares, seletivos, de admiss\u00e3o, desempenho profissional, afastamentos e avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de docentes;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>XVI<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Aprovar e encaminhar solicita\u00e7\u00f5es de concurso de servidores docentes, apresentados pelos Plenos dos Cursos bem como por comiss\u00f5es de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">XVII. Aprovar Plano de Capacita\u00e7\u00e3o Docente;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>XVIII<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Apreciar o Relat\u00f3rio Anual de Atividades da Unidade de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, apresentados pelo Diretor no 1\u00ba trimestre de cada ano subsequente;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>XIX<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Apreciar a proposta or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria da Unidade de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>XX<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
